Flip Video Camera and Smilebox Annual Subscription Giveaway

Celebrate the back-to-school season and enter our "Go Back to School with Smilebox" contest.  If you're our favorite entry, we'll award you a Flip video camera (a $149.99 value) and a subscription to Club Smilebox to each child’s family in your class (valued at $39.99 each)!

All you have to do is send your creation to teachers-toolbox@smilebox.com or post it to your blog and email us at teachers-toolbox@smilebox.com with the link to your blog address.

Back to School Camera Giveaway Rules - 09/01/2008 to 09/15/2008

1. The contest is open to all registered Smilebox users worldwide ages 18 and over. No purchases are required in order to enter this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. If you are a winner, you will be notified by email and have 15 days to respond with your specified shipping address for the camera and the names and emails of the parents wishing to receive a free annual subscription to Club Smilebox premium service.
   
2. Annual subscriptions to Club Smilebox will be given to one family member per classroom student (to a maximum of 30)
   
3. By submitting a Smilebox to this giveaway you are granting permission to Smilebox to use your name and its playback for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
   
4. The contest is not open to employees of Smilebox or their families.
   
5. By submitting an entry you agree to be bound by these contest rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all contest eligibility requirements.
   
6. The giveaway begins Monday, September 1, 2008. We will be evaluating all Smileboxes submitted between the dates of September 1 at 7 a.m. (PDT) through to September 15th at 6 p.m. (PDT). The winners will be announced and notified by September 22, 2008. Participants agree that the decisions of Smilebox related to this contest are final.
   
7. The odds of winning the video camera will vary based on the number of Smileboxes submitted and the content of the individual Smileboxes.
   
8. The grand prize will consist of 1 Flip video camera (or its equivalent) with an MSRP of $149. Postage and shipping is included in the prize.
   
9. Winner is responsible for taxes and customs duties.
   
10. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Smilebox due to prize availability, and then with a prize of equal or greater value.
