To celebrate the month of prosperity and plenty, Smilebox wants to give you the chance to win!

The rules are easy — create a Smilebox showing us what you are grateful for using any of our fall photo albums, then email it to blog@smilebox.com by November 22, 2010. The Smilebox team will choose their top five picks and will post them to the Smilebox blog by November 23, 2010 when the readers of our blog will vote for the final winner. The creator of the Smilebox with the most votes (one per computer, please!) in our poll will win a $300 gift certificate to Amazon.com. Good luck and happy Smileboxing!

Amazon.com Giveaway — 11/15/2010 to 11/22/2010

1. The contest is open to all registered Smilebox users worldwide ages 18 and over. No purchases are required in order to enter this giveaway. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. If you are a winner, you will be notified by email and have 15 days to respond with your specified shipping address for the gift card.
2. By submitting a link to this giveaway you are granting permission to Smilebox to use your name and its playback for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
3. The contest is not open to employees of Smilebox or their families.
4. By submitting an entry you agree to be bound by these contest rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all contest eligibility requirements.
5. The giveaway begins Monday, November 15, 2010. We will be evaluating all Smileboxes submitted between the dates of November 15, 2010 at 12 a.m. (PDT) through to November 22, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT). The five semi-finalists will be posted to the Smilebox blog on or by November 23, 2010. The winner will be determined by the entry receiving the most votes in a poll conducted on the Smilebox blog. The poll results will be tallied on November 25, 2010 and the grand prize winner notified by November 26, 2010. Participants agree that the decisions of Smilebox related to this contest are final.
6. The odds of winning the gift card will vary based on the number of Smileboxes submitted and the number of views of the individual Smileboxes as reported by Smilebox.
7. The grand prize is a $300 gift certificate to Amazon.com.
8. Winner is responsible for taxes and customs duties.
9. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Smilebox due to prize availability, and then with a prize of equal or greater value.
